自家製酵母と国産小麦で作るパン處のベーグルは保水性が良いので、下記のように適切な方法で温めていただくと、外側はパリッと内側はモチモチの焼きたての感じがよみがえります。お召し上がりの前に必ず温めていただくようお願いいたします。冷凍保存の場合は常温もしくは冷蔵庫で自然解凍して温めた方がむらなく温めることができます。
- まず、電子レンジで温める。 （手でベーグルを触ってみて少しやわらかくなるくらいが目安です。）
- 常温で保存している場合 … ２５～３５秒
- 冷蔵で保存している場合 … ４５～５５秒
- 冷凍で保存している場合 … ８０～９０秒
- オーブントースターで２～３分、外側がパリッとなるくらいまで焼く。 なお、オーブンから出したてはベーグルの外側がかなり熱くなりますので、やけどには気をつけて少し冷ましておいてください。
- 甘いベーグルはそのままおやつとして食べたり、サンドにする場合はクリームチーズやお好みの具材を挟んだりして、楽しく美味しい時間をお過ごしください。
※ベーグルサンドにする場合は①の後に上下にスライスして、水分の蒸発を避けるために切り口を合わせたままにしておく。
保存方法
