寒かった冬はようやく過ぎ去ったようです。
春のそよ風と共にpandocoroもふわふわ漂っている今日この頃であります。

今月、見事１位に輝きましたのは…ライ麦ベーグルです！！私の記憶ではおそらく初の1位獲得だと思われます。毎月のように順位が異なっているので、お客様が幅広い種類のベーグルを指示されているように思います。作り手としてとても嬉しいです！ありがとうございます。
2位はチョコナッツ。３位はベリーレーズンとおやつ感覚で食べれるベーグルですね！５位のブルーベリーも同様に温めてそのまま食べれるベーグルは人気のようですたい＾＾
1位ライ麦、4位プレーン、それぞれ生地の味、食感がダイレクトに伝わるベーグルが上位に入っているのは嬉しいですね！現在も日々試行錯誤しながら、味、食感ともにpandocoroならではのベーグルが出来ないかと生地の研究をしております。国産小麦だけをとりましても、北海道から九州まで、それぞれの地域でその土地ならではの小麦を作っています。味も違えば、膨らみも違います。研究はこれからも続きそうです＾＾
