皆さま、こんばんは★ 素敵な夜をお過ごしでしょうか。 私は、ハイパー元気な杏と遊びつつも。 いそいそと寝かしつけて（多分まだガサゴソ起きている気配…横目で見える） 一日の締めくくりで、生姜をたーっぷり入れた紅茶を飲んでいます。 あーすごい。 身体ポカポカ。 お家サウナのようであります。 さて、そんなポカポカな我が家の今日のお夕飯★☆★・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・ ・チキンときのこの照り焼きソテー ・ふくさ卵の和風あんかけ ・サラダ（レタス・きゅうり・赤ピーマン） ・里芋のお味噌汁 ・新米ごはん 
今日は、新米ごはんをいただいたので、 早速そのままでいただきました!!! 久々の真っ白ごはん。 ふっくら光っています。 粒も立っています。
