今年も作り始めました。 伝統おせちの数品を作っています。 今夜はおだしを沢山とって。 数の子の塩抜き。 黒豆を水に浸し。 ほんとは栗きんとんまで行き着きたかったけれど・・・ いざ、取り掛かり始め。 くちなしを買い忘れていて出直し～チーン・・・☆ となると、出来ること。 たたき牛蒡☆で今夜の仕事終了～ふうー。 
ケニーさんはアンコロさんを置いてすたこら眠ってしまったのでして。 私は、つまらなそうなアンコロさんに適度な仕事を与えつつ。 でも、黙っているなーとハッとしたら時・既に遅し。 数の子の塩抜き用のお水でチャパチャパ水遊び・・・ たたき牛蒡用のゴマを床にばらまいたり・・・ 何とか今日の分は終えました。 出来上がりのたたき牛蒡はお嬢さん好みのようで何より☆★☆ 明日・明後日は・・・ 昆布巻きに伊達巻に栗きんとんに黒豆に田作りに柚子の蜂蜜漬け。 他にはナンだったかな??? 時間が許す限りあれもこれも作りたいナーと欲張りな私です。 お雑煮は、両家の味を頂き専門で＾＾ それでも、まだまだしばらくは台所から離れられない私ですが、 つまみつまみ楽しみながら新年を迎えたいと思います!
