春の七草

今日は、1月7日七草の日ですね★ 最近では、近所の草むらから七種類ゲット! なんて、ラッキーなことも早々ありませんよね。 我が家も近所のスーパーさんの七草セットに毎年お世話になっております。 ○これ↓を使いまして・・・ 
○こんな↓具合に★・・・昆布だしにお塩を少々加えた位のかなり薄味七草粥です! 
お粥や雑炊が大好きな私は、これだけでも十分ですが他２名はそうもいきません。 他には、こんな感じのお夕飯でした＾＾ ○人参の温サラダ 
○蒟蒻の韓国風ソテー 
○葱とチキンの塩ソテー 
毎日、こんなご飯でも良いくらいに好きな献立に仕上がりました☆ そしてたまにの贅沢ご飯が嬉しいのです! たまにのお外でのご飯もとっても心に贅沢で嬉しいのです! さあ、今年も七草粥を無事いただいたことだし、 無病息災を祈って気持ちよく暮らしましょう!!!
