海の幸。 山の幸。 日本の幸。 日本に生まれてよかったーの瞬間ですね＾＾ そういえば、少し脱線しますが。 パンは、通常、洋食の類になるようですが、私たちには???な感覚。 pandocoroのパンで使用する材料。 小麦粉も国産でしかも熊本県産。 粟国の塩だって、洗双糖だって、もちろん国産で九州のもの。 酵母は自家培養してゼロから作り育てている我が家産。 だけど、パンというカテゴリに入ると、洋なんだなー。 ほぼ国産品で出来ているというのに。 たまに考え出すと不思議の迷路にはまってしまうので、ここらでストップ。 今週末は、お天気に恵まれそうですね! pandocoroは来週の月曜＆火曜は臨時休業。 そして、水曜＆木曜は通常の定休日となりますので4連休となります。 ぜひぜひ、週末においでくださいませ!!! パン日和ですよ＾＾ ・・・・・・・☆・・・・・・・・・・・★・・・・・・・・☆・・・・・・・・・・・・★・・・・・・・☆・・・・・・・・・・★

２６日（土）、懲りもせずまた晩臼柚を求めて熊本へＧＯ～！する予定にしています。pandocoroさんにもまた寄りたいと思ってます。
