pandocoro店主のパートナー；kanaです。 pandocoro店舗をスタートしてもうすぐ3ヶ月になります。 毎日、たくさんのお客様との素敵な出逢いに感謝し、店主と娘としあわせに過ごさせていただいております。 工房で店主が丁寧に育てた酵母ちゃんたち。 その酵母ちゃんと熊本産のオーガニック小麦を用いて焼き上げたベーグルやパン。 それらをお客様がこれまた大事に選んで下さり。本当にうれしい！ お店に来てくださるお客様との会話も楽しんでいます♪（店主は忙しい中、私は楽しく！） たくさんの方がパンを生活に取り入れておられ、中には、ご自分でパンを作られていてとっても詳しい方も。 パンについてご質問をいただくことも多いですが、ゆっくりたっぷりと話す時間をもてないこともあります。 そんなこんなで、今回こちらのコーナーでは、当店のベーグルやパン達のご紹介も含めつつ。 日々の暮らしぶりなんかを綴っていきたいなあと思います！ お時間のある方は今後もちらっとお付き合いくださいませませ。 andocoro日和（びより）；どうぞよろしく♪♪♪
