涼を求めて。

最近、熊本は30℃を越える日もあり、だんだんと僕の苦手な夏の足音が聞こえてまいりました。。。 もちろんパン工房の中はそれ以上の暑さになりますので、これからの季節はなかなか大変なのです。熊本の夏は気温が高いことに加え、じめじめむしむし湿気もあるので辛いのですたい。。
ということで、涼を求めて菊池渓谷へ行ってまいりました。
小さい頃から夏にはよく行っていたのですが、やはり良いですね！涼しいです！！マイナスイオンたっぷり放出といった感じの澄んだ空気を吸ってたくさんのパワーをもらってきました☆
時々自然というものはすごいなあと思います。僕らに何を求めるでもなく、全ての人に平等に分け与えてくれるんだなぁと。心の片隅にいつも自然に対しては感謝の気持ちを持ち続けていかなければいけないと感じました。
帰りはすっかり日も落ち、お腹も空いたので熊本市内の食堂でちゃんぽんを頂きました。大盛りちゃんぽん、かなりのボリューム。。野菜もたっぷりでいつまでたっても麺にたどり着かないくらい具沢山でした！！
心もお腹も大満足ですたい！！
そのボリュームに圧倒されて、ちゃんぽんの写真を取るの忘れちゃいました＾＾；申し訳ありません。。
