先日、10年ぶり？くらいにパンのあれこれを教えてくださった先輩から電話がありました。 たまたま見たパンの雑誌に僕が出てたからということでわざわざ電話をかけてくださいました。 今は東京のラ・テールで働いているそうで、それぞれの近況や熊本の小麦の話など、少しの時間だったけど色々楽しい話を聞かせてくれました。 僕がパン作りを続けていたことがとても嬉しかったと言ってくれました。 僕も今日まで続けていて良かったと思いました。 何があろうとも、前を向いて、するべき努力を続けていればたまに良い事が降ってきます。 そんな電話でした。 またどこかで会える日を楽しみにしています。 ばいちゃ。
