ご注文からお届けまでの流れ
パン処は完全オーダーメイドのため、ご注文を受け付けてから仕込みを行います。 そのため、お届けまで少しお時間をいただいておりますのでご了承下さい。 ※仕込み開始から焼き上げまで約3日ほどかかります。
- ご注文 ご注文フォーム よりお申し込みください。
- ご注文確認メール配信（ご注文完了）
- 酵母仕込み開始 注文を受け付けてから、酵母の仕込みを行います。
- 生地仕込み開始 酵母が出来上がったら、ひまわりの種やベリーなどを混ぜて生地の仕込みを行います。
- 生地醗酵 仕込んだ生地は再度数時間寝かせます。この間に生地がぷくぅっーと膨れ上がります。低温でゆっくりと時間をかけます。（通常のベーグルの3,4倍）
- 焼き上げ開始 発酵させた生地を一度ボイルして、オーブンで焼き上げます。
- 発送作業 焼きあがったベーグルの袋詰めを行い、発送致します。
- 商品お届け＆お支払い 商品をお客様へお届けします。（クロネコヤマトにて配送） 商品と引き換えに代金をお支払いください。 ※代金は、商品のほか、送料がかかります。※送料はお住まいの地域によって異なります。 詳しくは お届けおよび送料について をご覧下さい。
